op5 install a new phone system to improve customer services

The aim is to improve customer services by increasing the accessibility and to be able to deliver high quality support services for our growing customer base. We have changed our phone system to a new IP based system from Sipgear and changed our phone operator to Tele2. The new system give us the opportunity to scale incoming phone traffic and to enable functions to improve the customer experience.

The new system is up and running on a very basic level during the intial test period to make sure everything work as planned, with the intent to implement the new services during the next couple of months. New phone numbers will be introduced (see new office numbers belowe), however the old numbers will continue to be working during this year. The support number is not changed at this time.

Gothenburg office: +46-31-352 56 00
